Refund Policy

1. Service Nature

Due to the custom nature of our digital services (which include tailored web development, custom UI design, localized GMB optimizations, and managed advertising campaigns), resources and engineering hours are committed immediately upon booking. Therefore, refunds are structured as outlined below.

2. Web Development & Design

For design drafts or website projects, refunds are evaluated based on project stages:

• Prior to commencement: 100% refund (minus transaction processing fees).
• After wireframing / UI layout stage: 50% refund.
• Once coding has started or project has been delivered: No refunds are issued.

3. Advertising Campaign Management

Retainers for monthly Meta/Google Ads campaign management are non-refundable. You can cancel your campaign management subscription at any time, which will stop billing for the subsequent month.

Please note that all ad spend budgets are paid directly to the ad network platform (Meta, Google) and are subject to their terms; we cannot issue refunds for ad spend.

4. 1-on-1 Consultation Sessions

Consultation slots can be rescheduled or fully refunded up to 24 hours prior to the call. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled video session are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
